Highland Park single malt distilled in October 2003 and bottled in January 2026, yielding 159 bottles at a natural cask strength of 45.6% ABV. Matured for 22 years in refill hogshead #1036, this expression offers a gentle, elegant take on Highland Park’s signature balance of peat and sweetness. Light heathery peat rises on the nose, lifted by notes of golden syrup and malt loaf. The palate is rich and rounded, unfolding into bread and butter pudding and wildflower honey, with a soft, comforting sweetness at its core. It finishes long and harmonious, with delicate pear drops and a touch of crystallised ginger lingering alongside a subtle wisp of smoke.

North British single grain Scotch distilled in December 1993 and bottled in January 2026, yielding 298 bottles at 48.3% ABV. Matured for 32 years, this well-aged grain whisky offers a rich, dessert-led profile with remarkable softness and depth. Buttery raisin toast and sweet vanilla open on the nose, giving way to a smooth, indulgent palate of pancakes, maple syrup and buttercream. The finish is long and satisfying, with gentle oak spice building alongside the lingering sweetness, bringing balance and structure to this elegant, mature dram.

Pulteney single malt distilled in March 2008 and bottled in March 2026, yielding 281 bottles at a natural cask strength of 50.3% ABV. This 18-year-old expression showcases the distillery’s coastal character, elevated through a finishing period in a first fill Lágrima red port barrique. Coastal salted caramel and honeyed malt lead on the nose, intertwined with red berries and polished oak. The palate is rich and textural, delivering syrupy red cherry and grape molasses, balanced by a distinctive brine, beeswax, chocolate and warming spice. It closes with a long, satisfying finish of salted chocolate, soft vanilla, gentle spice and lingering maritime oak.

Speyside single malt Scotch distilled in June 2009 and bottled in November 2025, yielding 250 bottles at 46% ABV. This is a sweet, rich and fruity Secret Speyside that has matured for 12 years in Refill Hogsheads, followed by a section maturation in Bourbon Quarter Casks and a Jamaican Rum Barrel. Vanilla and honey lead, layered with orchard fruit and caramelised banana, giving way to a creamy palate of toffee, sweet malt and light citrus, before a balanced finish of tropical fruit, warm spice and soft vanilla.

Miltonduff distilled in June 2009 and bottled in November 2025 at 53.7% ABV, yielding 250 bottles. This spirit was fully matured for 14 years in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, resulting in a wonderfully dark and rich whisky. The nose opens with raisins, figs and toffee, leading to a velvety palate of treacle, dark fruits and praline, before a long, warming finish of dark chocolate, spiced oak and orange marmalade. A refined balance of sherry richness and Speyside elegance.

Distilled in July 2001 and fully matured in a Rechar Hogshead. Bottled in September 2025 at natural cask strength of 47.2%, yielding 135 bottles. Uncoloured and non-chill filtered. The nose is abundant with tropical fruit, offering aromas of mango, pineapple, and ripe fruit lifted by soft malt sweetness. The palate is lush and vibrant, with rich tropical fruit layered over honeyed malt and gentle spice. The finish is long and expressive, carrying lingering tropical notes and smooth malt depth.
