Fruitful Spirits has introduced a limited-edition series featuring a diverse array of distinctive bottles, ranging from youthful peated whiskies to 32-year-old expressions, and everything in between.
Acknowledging the significant impact of wood selection on the majority of a whisky’s final character and flavour, we collaborate closely with industry experts to attain an exquisite fusion between spirit and cask.
Our approach involves the use of various casks in which to mature our whisky, including Jamaican rum barrels, pink champagne barriques, ruby port pipes and French oak, amongst many others.

Glenrothes 24 Year Old
Old And Rare Selection
Distilled in July 2001 and fully matured in a Rechar Hogshead. Bottled in September 2025 at natural cask strength of 47.2%, yielding 135 bottles. Uncoloured and non-chill filtered. The nose is abundant with tropical fruit, offering aromas of mango, pineapple, and ripe fruit lifted by soft malt sweetness. The palate is lush and vibrant, with rich tropical fruit layered over honeyed malt and gentle spice. The finish is long and expressive, carrying lingering tropical notes and smooth malt depth.

Old And Rare Selection
Distilled on 13th October 2003 and fully matured in a Refill Bourbon Barrel. Bottled in September 2025 from Cask No. 924 at natural cask strength of 44.3%, producing only 81 bottles. Uncoloured and non-chill filtered. Presented in an engraved wooden box. A nose of light, heathery peat interwoven with soft fruit sweetness and honeyed malt leads to a rich, rounded palate of bright fruit, gentle peat smoke, and malt depth. The finish lingers harmoniously, with fading smoke and warm, mellow fruit tones.

Hebridean Wisp, distilled on 2nd February 2010 and matured for 15 years in a rare First Fill ex-solera Oloroso Sherry Butt of 50 years’ service. Bottled in September 2025 at 52.1%, yielding 180 bottles. Presented without colouring or chill-filtration. The nose opens with coastal salinity and light peat smoke, balanced by sweet raisin and gentle spice. The palate delivers rich dark fruit layered with soft saline peat. The finish is long, with lingering smoke and a touch of oaky dryness.

Craigellachie, distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years in a second fill bourbon barrel. Bottled at cask strength of 51.7%, yielding 249 bottles. Drawn straight from the cask, with no colouring and no chill-filtration. A gentle nose of malt sweetness with ripe banana and orchard fruits leads to a rich palate of honeyed cereal, banana cream, and baked apple, finishing rounded and enduring with mellow fruit and warm malt tones.

Bonnington (Peated) distilled in August 2020 and matured for 5 years in a Virgin Oak barrel, charred to level 4. Drawn from single cask #2020.0776 and bottled in September 2025 at natural cask strength of 63.5%, yielding 261 bottles. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring and no chill-filtration. The nose opens with cedar, cigar leaf, and bonfire smoke, leading to a palate of toffee, vanilla, and smouldering charcoal, before a rich, sweet finish of oak and caramel.

Secret
Speyside single malt Scotch distilled in June 2009 and bottled in November 2025, yielding 250 bottles at 46% ABV. This is a sweet, rich and fruity Secret Speyside that has matured for 12 years in Refill Hogsheads, followed by a section maturation in Bourbon Quarter Casks and a Jamaican Rum Barrel. Vanilla and honey lead, layered with orchard fruit and caramelised banana, giving way to a creamy palate of toffee, sweet malt and light citrus, before a balanced finish of tropical fruit, warm spice and soft vanilla.

This spirit was fully matured for 14 years in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, resulting in a wonderfully dark and rich whisky. Pulteney single malt distilled in March 2008 and bottled in March 2026, yielding 281 bottles at a natural cask strength of 50.3% ABV. This 18-year-old expression showcases the distillery’s coastal character, elevated through a finishing period in a first fill Lágrima red port barrique. Coastal salted caramel and honeyed malt lead on the nose, intertwined with red berries and polished oak. The palate is rich and textural, delivering syrupy red cherry and grape molasses, balanced by a distinctive brine, beeswax, chocolate and warming spice.
