Fruitful Spirit has introduced a limited-edition series featuring a diverse array of distinctive bottles, ranging from youthful peated whiskies to 32-year-old expressions, and everything in between.
Acknowledging the significant impact of wood selection on the majority of a whisky’s final character and flavour, we collaborate closely with industry experts to attain an exquisite fusion between spirit and cask.
Our approach involves the use of various casks in which to mature our whisky, including Jamaican rum barrels, pink champagne barriques, ruby port pipes and French oak, amongst many others.

An extremely rare single cask of Tomatin, distilled in 1991 and matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for over 30 years before being finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry quarter cask and bottled at cask strength of 45.3%. Only 91 bottles. Very special!

Exceptional Cask Selection
The first cask ever bottled from the new Bonnington distillery, the first distillery in Scotland’s historic capital Edinburgh for over 100 years. This heavily peated edition was fully matured in Virgin Oak barrel #0779, and bottled at cask strength of 64.8%. Only 246 bottles. A (small) piece of history!
