Bonnington (Peated) distilled in August 2020 and matured for 5 years in a Virgin Oak barrel, charred to level 4. Drawn from single cask #2020.0776 and bottled in September 2025 at natural cask strength of 63.5%, yielding 261 bottles. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring and no chill-filtration.

Nose: Cedar, cigar leaf, bonfire smoke.

Palate: Toffee, vanilla, BBQ briquettes and smouldering charcoal.

Finish: Rich and sweet with oak, caramel and charcoal.
