Distilled in December 2014 and bottled in July 2026 at 55.2% ABV, producing just 299 bottles, this 11 year old Clynelish is a vibrant Highland single malt defined by waxy texture, orchard fruit and coastal freshness. Matured in refill hogshead #326239, it allows the distillery’s distinctive character to shine through, revealing layers of crisp apple, poached quince, citrus oil, honeycomb and creamy vanilla, complemented by shortbread, almonds and white pepper. Bright, textured and beautifully balanced, it finishes with citrus zest, honey, roasted nuts, gentle oak and a lingering waxy character. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring and no chill-filtration.

Nose: Orchard fruits, citrus oil, lime blossom, honeycomb, beeswax, coconut, and a light coastal note

Palate: Creamy vanilla, crisp apple and poached quince, waxy malt, shortbread, almonds and white pepper

Finish: Citrus zest, honey, roasted nuts, oak, gentle heat and a clear waxy character
