MacRiff Single Malt
Aultmore 17 Year Old
In celebration of a notable birthday, a client chose to partially bottle a distinctive 17-year-old Aultmore, resulting in the production of 60 bottles. This exceptional cask was initially matured in a bourbon barrel and subsequently transferred to a Jamaican rum barrel for finishing, imparting a velvety sweet flavour with notes of rum, milk chocolate, white grape, cashews, and custard tart. The bottling was completed at 46% ABV.

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old
To commemorate a special 70th birthday, a client opted to draw out 70 bottles from his private cask, an exceptional 12-year-old Bunnahabhain Sherry Hogshead. After trying the sample at different strengths together, we decided to bottle at 60% ABV.
