A unique bottling of 30 year old single grain North British, as a token of gratitude and appreciation to friends and clients. With Golden Graham’s, millionaire’s shortbread and peach cobbler on the palate, and a finish of very long, citrus, orchard fruits and baking spices, this was an ideal gift!

Aultmore 13 Year Old
A client requested something special and so we bottled a 13 year old Aultmore which was matured in an ex-Rioja barrique. Antique oak, creme caramel and plum conserve on the palate, with a ginger loaf and butterscotch finish. 30 bottles at 46% ABV.

Aultmore 14 Year Old
A corporate bottling of a delicious 14 year old Aultmore, which was fully matured in an Ex Rioja cask. (Rioja wine is a renowned Spanish wine from the Rioja region, primarily made from Tempranillo grapes and known for its distinct aging classifications and rich, complex flavours). This was bottled at cask strength of 57.9% ABV.

They bottled 75 exquisite 50cl bottles drawn from a single first-fill Oloroso quarter cask, carefully chosen for its exceptional quality. The whisky, bottled at 46% ABV, boasts a beautiful colour and a rich, delicious flavour. This was done as a part bottling.

Glen Garioch 11 Year old
White & Case global law firm, wanted to create an end of year corporate gift and so this Glen Garioch single cask was finished in a 1st Fill Ruby Port Barrique giving it a a sweet and earthy delicious taste with notes of strawberry, dark chocolate, fudge and spice. 48 bottles at 55.2% ABV.

This bespoke bottling was produced for a wedding in a 35cl bottle. 14 Year Old Glenglassaugh, fully matured in a first fill PX hogshead and finished in a virgin oak barrel, bottled at 51.3% in February 2025. Boasting the following palate: Fudge, chocolate and sultanas.

Ben Nevis 17 Year Old
London-based law firm, White & Case LLP, commissioned an exclusive single cask bottling as a distinctive and memorable gift for their valued clients. From a carefully selected Ben Nevis cask, distilled in June 2007, they arranged for the bottling of 100 bottles only, into 70cl bottles at cask strength of 49.7% ABV. With no additional colouring or chill-filtration, this full-bodied Highland single malt showcases the distillery’s signature character—rich, waxy, and layered with notes of tropical fruit, malt, and gentle spice.
