  • Glen Chabad

    Speyside 17 Year Old

    Distilled in April 2008 at a secret Speyside distillery and matured for 17 years, Glen Chabad is a distinctive single malt Scotch finished in a Jamaican rum cask. Bottled at 46% ABV with no colouring and no chill-filtration, it reveals vibrant notes of tropical fruit, warm spice, and honeyed oak — offering a refined and layered drinking experience. This limited-edition 70cl bottling was produced in a run of just 60 bottles and is released as part of Chabad of Edinburgh’s ongoing efforts to support Jewish life in Edinburgh. With a donation of £180 or more to the Chabad Jewish Community of Edinburgh, you will receive a bottle in appreciation of your generosity.

    Cambus 48 Year Old

    This Single Grain Scotch Whisky was bottled at 48 Years Old from the long-since closed Cambus Distillery (shut down in 1993). This exclusive one of one bottle was produced to help raise funds for the Shalva charity, who carry out inspiring work to provide transformative care for individuals with disabilities. One singular bottle was pulled from cask #70066, originally distilled in 1976, and bottled at cask strength of 54.9%. With no additional colouring or chill-filtration, this bottle acts as a true relic of a bygone era in Scotch whisky history, with proceeds going directly to Shalva.

    16 Year Old Linkwood #306464, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled at cask strength of 58.3%. Our client decided to do a small bottling from their own cask to give to key stakeholders.

    Ben Nevis 17 Year Old

    London-based law firm, White & Case LLP, commissioned an exclusive single cask bottling as a distinctive and memorable gift for their valued clients. From a carefully selected Ben Nevis cask, distilled in June 2007, they arranged for the bottling of 100 bottles only, into 70cl bottles at cask strength of 49.7% ABV. With no additional colouring or chill-filtration, this full-bodied Highland single malt showcases the distillery’s signature character—rich, waxy, and layered with notes of tropical fruit, malt, and gentle spice.

  • Elianna & Alex

    Glenglassaugh 14 Year Old

    This bespoke bottling was produced for a wedding in a 35cl bottle. 14 Year Old Glenglassaugh, fully matured in a first fill PX hogshead and finished in a virgin oak barrel, bottled at 51.3% in February 2025. Boasting the following palate: Fudge, chocolate and sultanas.

    Craigellachie 16 Year Old

    US based company, Jetfuel wanted to present a high quality gift for their clients. This made an ideal corporate gift. They bottled 50 exquisite 50cl bottles from a fully matured single sherry butt, carefully chosen for its exceptional quality and colour. The whisky, bottled at 46% ABV. This was done as a part bottling.
