Distilled in June 2001 and bottled in July 2026 at 48.8% ABV, producing just 99 bottles, this 25 year old Glenrothes is a beautifully mature Speyside single malt defined by rich fruit, silky texture and elegant oak. Fully matured in refill hogshead #832, the cask has allowed the distillery’s fruit-forward character to shine while developing layers of honeycomb, baked apple, orange marmalade and gentle tropical fruit over a quarter of a century. Full, rounded and wonderfully balanced, it finishes long and warming with honeyed malt, soft oak, dried fruit and a subtle touch of cocoa. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring and no chill-filtration.

Nose: Honeycomb, stewed fruits, orange marmalade, vanilla pod and a touch of light tropical fruit

Palate: Full and rounded with baked apple, sultanas, citrus peel, silky malt, vanilla cream and gentle tropical notes

Finish: Long and warming, with honeyed malt, soft oak, dried fruits and a hint of coca
