North British, distilled in 1993 and matured in a Refill barrel for 31 years. Bottled at cask strength of 48.1%, producing 136 bottles. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring, and no chill-filtration.

Palate: Hot popcorn covered in melted butter and salted caramel

Finish: Ginger, desiccated coconut, white chocolate
