Craigellachie, distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years in a second fill bourbon barrel. Bottled at cask strength of 51.7%, yielding 249 bottles. Drawn straight from the cask, with no colouring and no chill-filtration.

Nose: Gentle malt sweetness lifted by ripe banana and orchard fruit

Palate: R Full-bodied and rich, with honeyed cereal, banana cream, and baked apple

Finish: Rounded and enduring, with mellow fruit and warm malt tones
