Hebridean Wisp, distilled on 2nd February 2010 and matured for 15 years in a rare First Fill ex-solera Oloroso Sherry Butt of 50 years’ service. Bottled in September 2025 at 52.1%, yielding 180 bottles. Presented without colouring or chill-filtration.

Nose: Coastal salinity with light peat smoke, balanced by sweet raisin and gentle spice

Palate: Rich dark fruit unfolds, complemented by a soft saline peat influence

Finish: Lingering smoke with a touch of oaky dryness
