Highland Park, distilled in October 2003 and matured in a refill hogshead for 22 years. Bottled at cask strength of 45.6%, producing 159 bottles. Bottled straight from the cask with no colouring, and no chill-filtration.

Nose: Light, heathery peat lifted by golden syrup and malt loaf

Palate: Rich and rounded, with bread and butter pudding and wildflower honey

Finish: Lingering and harmonious, with pear drops and crystallised ginger
