Fruitful Spirit has introduced a limited-edition series featuring a diverse array of distinctive bottles, ranging from youthful peated whiskies to 32-year-old expressions, and everything in between.
Acknowledging the significant impact of wood selection on the majority of a whisky’s final character and flavour, we collaborate closely with industry experts to attain an exquisite fusion between spirit and cask.
Our approach involves the use of various casks in which to mature our whisky, including Jamaican rum barrels, pink champagne barriques, ruby port pipes and French oak, amongst many others.

This is Fruitful Spirits’ inaugural cask release! Initially purchased for long term hold, the Glen Moray 2007 cask surpassed all expectations. After a tasting session alongside the esteemed Master Distiller at the distillery, it was unanimously decided that this extraordinary cask deserved immediate bottling into 192 bottles at cask strength of 55.6% ABV.

The first cask ever bottled from the new Bonnington distillery, the first distillery in Scotland’s historic capital Edinburgh for over 100 years. This heavily peated edition was fully matured in Virgin Oak barrel #0779, and bottled at cask strength of 64.8%. Only 246 bottles. A (small) piece of history!
